How our text messaging works

All SMS and MMS conversations conducted by Vinfinity, Inc. are recipient-initiated. We do not send unsolicited text messages, marketing blasts, or automated promotional campaigns, and we do not purchase, rent, or import contact lists. A messaging conversation begins only when an individual sends a text message to one of our published business phone numbers first.

How a conversation starts

A person initiates contact with us through one of the following channels and then chooses to text one of our numbers:

• They respond to an advertisement that displays our business phone number and, rather than calling, send us a text message.
• They have already spoken with us by phone or through Facebook Messenger, obtain one of our business numbers in the course of that conversation, and then send us a text message.

In every case the individual sends the first message. By texting our number, the individual is initiating the conversation and consenting to receive our direct reply within that same conversation.

What we send

Our replies are responsive and service-oriented. They relate to the question or matter the individual raised, such as answering real estate and property questions, scheduling a phone call, or coordinating next steps. We do not send promotional or marketing content, and we do not initiate new, unrelated outbound message threads.

Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends entirely on the conversation each individual starts with us. There is no recurring or scheduled messaging program.

Opting out

You may end messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will not send further text messages to that number. Reply HELP for assistance.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Privacy

We do not sell or share mobile information or the contents of text conversations with third parties for marketing purposes. For details on how we handle personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
